How do I place an order?

To get started browse the website and determine what products you are interested in. Next visit our, fill in the details and click submit. An EBS staff member will contact you within a few hours to follow up. You can also call 602-368-4456 or email us at info@ebsprinting.com.

What is your standard turnaround time?

Standard turnaround time for most orders is between 2 and 5 business days. It is product specific and oftentimes we can turn jobs in as little as 24-48 hours; there may be an additional RUSH charge. Turnaround time begins upon final approval from the client for properly formatted print ready artwork.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept checks and cash. For some orders, we may require a 50% deposit prior to production.

How should files be setup?

Usually high resolution pdf, jpg, ai, eps, psd, gif, png or tif files work best. Vector files are most preferred. Our designers can work with most files when creating your design. When designing your own work, call our office for full details regarding format and setup.

Is there a set up or design fee?

While we accept a wide range of files, artwork that requires us to set up with crop marks and/or bleed could be subject to a set up charge.  All new designs are charged a $30.00 per hour design fee.  The first hour is free; $30.00 per hour thereafter.

Can you ship me my order?

If you are in the continental United States, we have no problems shipping your order directly to you, but the normal shipping charge would apply.
